Business has picked up
locally and I believe we may be finally seeing and end to this
long recession, lets keep our fingers crossed... Summer in
Northern Minnesota has been extremely hot and muggy, the fish aren't
biting at the lake and my golf game is still best explained in
an expletive. I spent much of this spring clearing the back acre
of my land and I added a new waterfall pond in the back
yard, (pictures below) it helped keep me active hauling
rock from the back yard and yes I have kept the
weight off! I am now a whopping165 lbs. A long ways off from the
231 lbs of two years ago.
A new family member is my next
Endeavour as I look to pick up a new furry friend soon, leaning
towards a dog that I can take fishing and hunting but will give
the local shelters a good look before I decide, I am a sucker for
sad puppy eyes so it will happen soon.
That is all for now and I will post
new pictures of goings on in the near future...
Cabin about 35 minutes north
of Duluth, there is work to
be done, but it is one of only six cabins on the lake, and has
spectacular sunsets which you can see on the photo galleries page.
